As a single parent, there are three things I look for...location, safety, and cleanliness. Jonathan's location was that and more. The house was beautiful just like the pictures. I have come to Helen a few times and stayed in other places including local hotels. This is my new favorite. I plan to reserve here for all future vacations. Thabk you again for a great experience!

What a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we especially loved the fire pit and hot tub. The property was beautifully maintained, the beds were so comfortable, and they truly had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Greenville while still offering a peaceful retreat in the evenings.

Spielen Haus was good for our short stay at Helen. The location is close to main st near restaurants and activities. Home itself is well appointed some thoughtful touches (lower level arcade games and board are great for families wjtb young ones). It’s all we’ll do e with the exception of kitchen where some appliances and teflon pans were not usable. Also spots on some linen and the main level bathroom floor showing wear . Those are fixable and minor takeaways from otherwise cozy, comfortable cabin experience and should work great for most groups and families. The host Jonathan and Candace were responsive and proactive in their communication and great hosts

Absolutely loved the home!!! Unfortunately we only had one night, but we'll be back! I have active boys and want to keep them busy and off their phones and they just loved the pool table, hot tub, arcade games, pool, and then finished with smores. It truly had everything plus its a beautiful quiet neighborhood great to walk around and see the mountains plus its gated which I absolutely loved and felt so safe. Simple instructions to get in and out. It was perfect! We will be back and for a few days!!

The pictures do not do this Home any justice, it was breathtaking, calm, peaceful, and very clean. It had everything that we needed and some things that we didn’t even know that we needed. We felt right at home. We were very very pleased with this Home, and host.
